Get to Know the Designer

Hello there! I'm Noelle Withrow, a graphic designer with a passion for product and packaging design. I am based in Dover, Delaware, but am open to local or online work.

I gained my Associates Degree in Visual Communications, more specifically Advertisement and Design, at Delaware Technical Community College in Fall of 2027.

I am currently Adobe certified in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign software!
